Having decided to improve our home's energy efficiency, we picked Spartan Homes as the contractor.  Having seen the workmanship on my sister's new home that they had just completed for her here at Lake Anna, it was the best decision we could have made. 

We had used a local contractor a couple of years ago for some remodel work and were less than thrilled.  This time, we were sure we had the right people, we just didn't know if they were interested in doing a small job.  We wanted to make our crawlspace into a conditioned space, install a new hybrid GE water heater, install a whole house filter on the well, install a new HVAC Carrier heat pump system, energy efficient 15 seer, with an electronic air filter. 

Last, but not least, we wanted to take out the combination tub/shower unit in our 2nd bath and have a large walk in tile shower with glass sliding doors.

We contacted Eric Henry, President of Spartan Homes, and gave him our laundry list of improvements.  We asked if they would be interested in doing the job.  Eric could not have been nicer.  Spartan Homes assured us that they could do all of this work for us, contacting all the various vendors and subs.  We didn't have to do anything. 

The work was done in a very timely manner.  In our contract Eric allowed a one month time period for the work to be completed.  It was actually finished ahead of scheduled.  My husband and I couldn't be happier with the results.  Everything is just as we wanted.  Already had our first electric bill and our savings were very substantial with all of our new work! 

Thank you again, Eric, Ed and the rest of Spartan Homes employees. Everyone that came into our home was considerate and respectful of us and our home. We would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to our friends and family.
